I hate almost all exercise - but after a doctors appointment on New Year's Eve giving me somewhat of a "health scare" so to speak, I know now more than ever I need to eat better and exercise more in order to benefit my health and make some positive changes.
Mental Health is also a cause that is incredibly important to me. Last January I went through one of the hardest months ever, and previously I have suffered with bad mental health that has caused me to have problems with food and eating (resulting in weight problems) and to self harm.
Inspired by my mum, and in an attempt to look after and better my own physical and mental health and wellbeing, I will be getting active EVERY DAY in January 2019, even on Sundays!!!!
