Story
As you most of you will know I am petrified of heights so I set myself a 50TH birthday challenge thinking that all my friends and work colleagues would gladly join in with me.
" see you at the bottom" was the response
That told me & how wrong i was....
I then thought well, this is a fantastic charity i do not have a family member thankfully with this desease, but i have seen first hand the devistation that is has on people and their families who do. As business owners myself and I my husband have and do continue to support many causes but Gayle(organiser) had such an effect on me that I decided to sponsor the event with that our children said "yes" to supporting mum & joining in with the challenge too, along with Jake and Gary long standing employees & Alex Ashworth our newest member of the dare devil team.
They must be as MAD as myself!!
So if you feel that you could sponsor this event and support no only the charity that is Parkinsons - BUT my 50th Birthday challenge I am SURE that there will be footage of my shivering self - gingerly sliding down that 200ft building- infront of all to see and your donations will be worth every penny! or £££££ just for the laugh.
I thank you for taking the time to read this and I will keep you all posted on my training program. watch this space...
