Resolution Run 2018
Campaign by Stroke Association (RCN 211015)
Make your Resolution Run count and help the Stroke Association provide support for people affected by stroke throughout the UK

Story

On the 6th of May, following the postponement in March due to weather conditions, a group of over 20 members will be taking on the challenge of running 5/10K in support of Stroke Association 2018.

All proceeds go to The Stroke Association which is the UK’s leading stroke charity for stroke survivors, their families and carers.

There are over 1.2 million stroke survivors in the UK with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That’s one stroke every five minutes and is the 4th single largest cause of death every year. The University of Nottingham actually has a research department for Stroke research, so it is a cause very close to our hearts.

Please help us in supporting this fantastic charity, allowing it continue to manage the devasting impact of strokes and fund research into the prevention and treatment of stroke.

Thank you!
