As a memory assessment service, our team deals with the direct impact that dementia has upon patients, family and carers. We all want to do something to ensure there is on going research, support and care. The Alzheimer's Disease Society are one of the many organisations that we work alongside and we know the benefit that they bring to those we nurse on a day to day basis.
