Story

On 4 June 2023, l’m taking part in the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon to raise funds for the NMH Foundation.

On 4 June 2022, I left The National Maternity Hospital at Holles Street without my baby boy Bobby who was born prematurely at 33 weeks gestation. Thanks to the wonderful care that he received at Holles Street in those early weeks of his life, Bobby is now thriving and about to celebrate his first birthday.

The NMH Foundation raises funds for The National Maternity Hospital at Holles Street, which provides world class perinatal, neonatal, and maternal care to more than 7,000 patients yearly. Driven by the Foundation’s desire to help babies to arrive, survive and thrive, it’s focus is on advancing maternal and neonatal care in Ireland.

Your support will mean so much and is helping babies just like Bobby to arrive, survive and thrive.
