The coronavirus crisis is such a difficult and unprecedented time for our whole global family, but we are determined to ensure no one is beyond the reach of the support they need to survive and thrive.

Story

I think making positive differences can be simple. I am looking forward to getting my long overdue haircut, but will be glad to use what I have to make a bit more of a positive difference for someone through the little Princess Trust in a couple of months.

In the meantime, I thought I could also fundraise for CAFOD as I have loved fundraising before for them and getting involved through volunteering. During my first year out of Uni, I took part in CAFOD's gap year and went overseas to see their partner work in Cambodia. It was incredible to learn about various ways agricultural practices are being carried out in the face of climate change and learn from the amazing examples of hope from community members we met.

CAFOD are determined to ensure that no one is beyond the reach of the support they need to survive and thrive. They are there before, during and after a crisis, ensuring long term justice is brought to people even in the most remote places on earth.

This particular donation link helps to provide clean water, hand washing facilities and training to communities in need who are still struggling with covid.

Help is given sustainably too as CAFOD are aware that we are also facing the climate crisis and the changes in weather affect the world's poorest communities the most.

Follow CAFOD on Instagram or go on their website to find out more about their work and even get involved yourself with volunteering, praying in solidarity or taking political action!
