Story

As many of you will know we tragically lost my brother Ads in 2022. Adam was such a kind hearted person and I feel its the right time to give myself a challenge in his memory and make hi. Proud, I know he'll be with me all the way.

I've decided to join in with 62 Miles in October for Campaign Against Living Miserably and would appreciate any support you are able to give to help prevent other people feeling like there is no way out and other families having to experience the same as us.

Every contribution will make an impact. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.

Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. CALM exists to change this - by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
