When i first signed up for the run, i was very unfit and couldnt run at all. I wanted a challenge and a goal to reach. So fingers crossed. I have worked with many people living with alzheimers and my Nana May also lived the last year of her life with alzheimers. I think its a fantastic charity to raise money for as i know it helps so many. So please be generous and give as much or as little as you can... After all this is a big CHALLENGE!!! Thankyou!!
