This year I'm stepping out of my running shoes and into dancing shoes to par-take in Strictly Northampton 2018 , in association with Step-by-step dance studio and for the amazing charity that is Cynthia Spencer Hospice. TIckets are available to purchase from The Royal and Derngate website for the Show on 1st December at 7pm. 💃🏼

Now I have your attention my reasons for putting myself through 8weeks of gruelling dance training and learning every possible way to smile and work on my theatrical expressions 🤗 (so I don't look terrified 😳)  is Because ...... In 2016 I visited Cynthia Spencer Hospice to see a dear friend/client who was being treated for terminal cancer who's experience in hospital had not been a pleasant one , so prior to going home as a part of a treatment transition stage was given great care at Cynthia Spencer hospice , little did I know that my visit to see my friend sadly would be the last time I would get to laugh and talk with her 😞. My friend sadly passed away the following day unexpectedly but peacefully surrounded by close  family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 who she was so proud of.

No one would ever want their loved ones to require palliative care but Cynthia Spencer Hospice which is located in Northamptonshire is a peaceful place with beautiful serene grounds. Nothing was to much for the carers , nurses , doctors and last but no means the least volunteers who work there . 

Funds raised for this charity will go towards improving facility's and care at Cynthia Spencer for inpatient care ,  Hospice@home, Day Therapy , family Support ,  and lymphedema therapy . 

I'm asking for donations so as to reach my £1000 target, it's a daunting amount and days and weeks are passing by if you can give a little or generously every single donation counts 🙏🏼
