We are pleased to be running the Cardiff Half Marathon this year in support to Changing Faces and my best friends daughter Mali Flynn, who is an amazing and inspirational 10 year old girl who suffers from Apert Syndrome, but lets nothing get in her way. 

Dig deep people, on October 6th 2013, myself and my best friends will be running for this fantastic cause - lets make people aware and lets change the way people see disfigurement!!!
