Today's run just under 6 miles. It's really NOT getting easier.. I'm not even half way to 13.5 miles

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many of you who know me will know why I am doing this.. but many may not. My Dad Jon was diasgnosed with Parkinsons diease 19 years ago and unfortunately now my mum is no longer able to care for him at home. He has now moved to a Leonard Cheshire home near Bath. Although it has been really hard for him, the care and compassion he has recieved has been phenomenal. The activities they provide their residents with are imaginative and stimulating but obviously they could do with more funds!!. 

So here i am.. attempting to run double the furthest i have run before in hope that i can raise some money for a wonderful place that my Dad now calls home. Please donate even a few pence as every little helps. 

I will regularily update this site with my progress.
