I'm cycling 300 miles for Mind this July, and I'll be doing it wearing a Boro top each day (I do have plenty so it won't be the same one every day!) In memory of my Dad who made me the Boro fan I am #UTB

It's coming up 5 years now since we lost my Dad to his mental health battle, and we're still seeing men hide or playdown their mental health battles... it needs to stop.

Please help me raise some well-needed £££ for Mind, who are a great UK charity, with local bases around the country (including in Stockton and Middlesbrough close to me).
