I am preparing for the challenge of a lifetime to raise funds for Girlguiding.

As a Ranger leader, I am trekking to Machu Picchu over 4200 meters high in the Andes. The trip will take place from 18 - 25 October and I will be joined by over 25 other Girlguiding members. The challenging trek will take in the well known landmarks Dead Women's Pass & the Sun Gate.

I've decided to take on this great personal challenge for Girlguiding because after being in the movement since the age of 7, I feel I want to give something back.

I am aiming to raise £4,000 for Girlguiding.

Girlguiding is the largest volunteer-led charity for girls and young women across the UK. Without the generosity of their supporters & the dedication of 100,000 trained volunteer adult leaders, they would not be able to provide great opportunities & new experiences for the young members.
