I will be walking 10 miles around central London on Sunday 23rd September with Claire Sloper and we are hoping to raise as much money as possible for the Alzheimer's society :)

Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

If I can raise just £50 then that will pay for someone with dementia to go to weekly Dementia Café sessions for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated.
