Hi All

Its with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that my Nan passed away on the 15th August 2009 at 11.33.  She was not alone - in the comfortable clean room overlooking the garden, was her Husband Ted, Daughter and 5 Sons with their partners.

I am doing the Midnight walk in aid of the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher.

 

They have been a great source of support to my Nan and family, as she has been battling cancer.  The care and treatments have ranged from short rest stays at the hospice to massages!  The carers, nurses and workers there have been a great comfort to all of us. 

Knowing that we have benefitted from such brilliant care and support, it feels important and fitting that we give something back to them, to carry on their work.

 

I am also walking in respect of Jane Prince too.

 

Any donation, not matter how small, will be warmly received!
