Anwen is not a member of a triathlon club, so by no means a hardened triathlete, in fact she has never done one before.  She can swim, ride a bike and (sort of) run, but never attempted all 3 of these consecutively.

Anwen is not in it for times, placings or to stand on a podium. She’s just hoping to make it to the end to raise money for such a great charity.

300m swim, 3200m cycle, 1800m run.
