Story

one in four of us can any times in our life experience mental health problems that impact greatly on our lives and family 

Birmingham mind support in many different ways and services people who have been affected by mental health issues. This support is vital to help people take back control of their lives and mental health 

Birmingham mind also campaigns to break down stigma and barriers to people with mental health issues and to ensure that opportunities are available to all 

Please help us raise awareness and money for this brilliant charity and the work they do
