Anyone who knows me will know what a complete wuss I am when it comes to cold water. This is a massive big deal for me, to deliberately enter freezing cold sea water! 

I am raising money for Aurora New Dawn, a registered charity giving safety, support, advocacy and empowerment to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking. Aurora are based in Hampshire, near where I live. If you are able, please donate a fiver or so.
