We will be running the London Marathon in October 2021 n memory of my lovely dad, Bryn. Following on from the London Marathon, Scott will also be running the Manchester Marathon... 7 days later!

Scott has also committed to running 5KM every single day this year... WOW!

Why do We keep signing up to these challenges? I lost my dad suddenly 6 years ago, and not only do I think it is really important to raise funds for research so that other people don't go through the same experience, but secondly given that exercise gives me a huge focus and helps me deal with grief, stress and everyday challenges.

I have been incredibly supported my amazing friends and family who over the last 6 years have helped me raise in excess of £5,000. I am really keen to keep this going and do everything that I can to make a difference.

Any donations would be hugely appreciated and thank you to all of my nearest and dearest for support, donations, running companions and wine at the end of a tough challenge.... let's see what we can do this time around.
