I've decided to run the Manchester 10k again to raise funds for the Hospital that looked after Aimee in the final few months of her life.  It's 4 years this year since Aimee passed away but there's not a day goes by when we don't think about her.  Thinking of what she went through and how brave she was will be my inspiration as I run round Manchester.
