On 26th November 2011 I am visiting Ethiopia with other Reed Co-members to embark on a weeks visit to help with the long-term transfer of English language and  I.T skills.

Ethiopiaid are creating a lasting and positive change in Ethiopia by tackling problems of ill health and poverty to protect and preserve health and enhance educations for some of the world's poorest people.

FUNDRAISING

In order to participate in the challenge and reach my target I will be undertaking a range of fund-raising events and challenges in the coming months.

So far I have held a curry night and bag packing events to help raise additional funds. I'm also holding a Charity Quiz Night at Kingsdown Inn Pun, Stratton, Swindon on Sunday 13th November. Please contact me for more details. I'm hoping this will help me hit my £2000 before I fly out to Ethiopia!



I am very excited to help the charity so I hope that with the support of my family, friends and colleagues I will be able to raise as much money as possible for the charity, as well as make a real and lasting difference to the local community whilst I am out in Ethiopia.
