We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

On Sunday 27th October, I will try to run 10 miles (16k), in front of lots of other people (well, behind lots of other people if we're being accurate, but certainly in the presence of many people). This is a big challenge as I've only ever run 12k before, so the final 4k will be a mystery, wrapped up in a biting seafront headwind. I'll be doing this for two reasons:

1. I read a book about ultra-marathons & got totally carried away
2. To raise money for Cancer Research, a cause that is closer to my heart every year, as more family & friends are diagnosed with cancer

Please dig deep & sponsor me, it will make my eventual removal from the course for being too slow easier to bear & will provide much-needed funds to a very worthy cause. As a further incentive, the person who sponsors me the largest amount may specify a ridiculous finish line celebration (MoBot/Bolt/Macarena?) which I will do, just before I am stretchered away.

Thanks in Advance!
