World Cancer Day Cycle · 4 February 2022
This world cancer day we are raising money to help us go further for patients. Donations have previously helped enhance the garden in the Macmillan Cancer Centre, provided heat pads for people receiving chemotherapy, as well as tablet computers for the chemotherapy suite.
Our static bike challenge alongside our information display in the east entrance of East Surrey Hospital will see how far our team can get during a day, with team members taking turns on the bike, while providing info on our cancer services. We are also running a 'guess how far we'll get in the day' competition.
Your support will be very much appreciated, and will help us enhance the chemotherapy suite at East Surrey Hospital in the coming months, as well as to do more for people affected by cancer elsewhere in Surrey and Sussex.
Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) provides vital services at East Surrey Hospital, Crawley and Horsham, including managing the East Surrey Macmillan Cancer Centre in Redhill.Donations will help the cancer centre and other cancer services go further for people affected by cancer. Thank you for your support - it means a lot.
