The Royal Marsden has and continues to be a huge support to me during my breast cancer treatment and recovery.  What can be the most frightening experience in ones life, ends up being allot easier with their care and support.

I have received all my chemotherapy and radiotherapy through the Royal Marsden as well as my port surgery which has been such a blessing, it has saved the veins in my arms and made me less of a pin cushion.  Currently I am still receiving pertuzumab and trastuzumab infusions every 3 weeks till Jan 2021.

The Royal Marsden treat 55,000 people a year so I have decided to add 55,000 additional steps for each week of June on top of my general pottering about - that's a marathon distance every week.
