Tough mudder is a hardcore 10-12 mile obsacle course designed by british special forces to test you all round strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. We are doing this in aid of the Alzheimers Society, as some of you may know but Adams father, Ken Carr passed away last year and we would like to do all we can to help others in his situation.
