On the 9th of September in memory of my friend Ian Porter I am cycling from Glasgow to Edinburgh with Pedal for Scotland to raise money for Maggie’s Centres. I will be cycling along with Ian's fiance Julz, and his friends and family.

Two years ago, ten days after having chemotherapy Ian completed the same bike ride on a fixed gear bike. Ian lost his well fought battle with cancer on the 8th of September last year. We thought this would be the perfect way to remember him, the day after the anniversary of his death.
