Some of you will know all about Isaacs bestie Lincoln, Some of you not so much;
He has a condition called Hydrocephalus, which means his brain the surgeons keep having to touch.

The last 12 months have been tough & he's had numerous brain operations;
Stays in Manchester Children's Hospital rather than your typical vacations.
Despite it all he still smiles on and takes it in his stride;
Everyone who loves him watching on with such pride.
A very special charity called Shine support his family all the way;
