We've decided to run the BUPA London 10,000 in support of the RSPB's amazing work for the UK's wildlife, and in honour of Ken Aston, a supporter and lifelong wildlife enthusiast. Phil and his family are already RSPB members, and Beckie's passion for owls is a good start!

The RSBP is Europe's largest wildlife conservation charity, and has over 200 nature reserves in the UK. They aim to restore and conserve the UK's contryside as well as doing work to support bird species internationally.

We thought we'd have a hoot (haha) raising money by running the BUPA 10k and, since it's in London, it's nice and central for you all to come and shout encouragement from the sidelines!
