I’m attempting to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Dementia Uk in memory of Nanny La La, who we lost in April 2023 to vascular dementia❤️ She was one of a kind and would never go anywhere without her pearls - she will be forever missed. The money raised will go to nurses, called Admiral Nurses, who provide care to families affected my all forms of dementia. They help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems, helping families take back control when they are struggling.
