As a lot of you may know who are reading this, by beautiful sister was taken from me and my family last year because of cancer. She was an amazing person, fun, caring, loving and was definitely good at making it known with facial expressions that she was pissed off with you! 

Kate was taken into Rowcroft in August 2016 and received amazing care and not only did they look after my sister, they supported us as a family as well at such a difficult time! Our lives were turned upside down when we found out the news the cancer was terminal but the people at Rowcroft made it easier to handle and were there for us all especially kate. 

As a lot of you may know, I am definitely not a runner so will find this difficult but I know my sister kate will be up there looking down on me helping me through it. I know I will make her proud just by finishing it. The training has already begun and thank you all for your support!
