I was lucky enough to get a ballot place in the London Marathon and am using this amazing opportunity to raise much needed funds for WaterAid.

I was due to run the marathon in April 2020 but, thanks to COVID, things haven’t exactly gone to plan so I will finally be running on 3 October 2021. I've been keeping my training ticking over throughout though and have also participated in the Virtual London Marathon and the Vitality Big Half. 

Training for/running a marathon is one of the hardest things I've done, but knowing I am also raising money for such a fantastic charity helps make all the (hundreds of!) training miles worthwhile.
