Free fall sky dive · 24 October 2010

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

As a lot of you know, when I was 16 I had a stroke.
It was 3 months before we were told that it was a stroke, due to the lack of awareness that kids have strokes!

And although I'm now fully recovered, apart from occasional weakness and severe migraines; I owe alot to The Stroke Association.

The support of the stroke association pushed me to realise that there is "life after stroke", and because of that, I want to raise as much money as possible.

And for this years challenge, I'm going to be jumping out a plane, and doing a tandem 10,000 feet free fall sky dive! (Whoever's idea this was, better stay out of my way, because i'm stupidly scared of heights and i've no idea why I agreed to it!)

I'd appreciate it if you'd sponser me, no matter how large or small your donation!

Thanks,
Bek Gadd-Cooke
