As most of you will already know, I am not exactly the best of runners and only started training over the last few weeks in fact.  However, unfortunately this weekend we lost a truly wonderful friend and colleague, Ann, to Cancer.  It has been a long and difficult 5 years that Ann has been battling this awful disease and myself and my step son of 13 years would like to take part in The Colour Run in dedication to Ann.

We would be extremely grateful if you could support us on this journey. Albeit to some people 5k might not sound alot, trust me, to us it is!
