As many of you will know, I have been working as an Events Assistant for Barnardo's over the summer. In this role, I have helped organise several events just like this one and believe me they are a lot of work.

That being said I have loved working for Barnardo's, I have met some amazing people who do incredible work every single day without being thanked. They're heroes! I only caught the smallest glimpse of the incredible work they do for vulnerable children not only across Scotland but the rest of the UK as well.

I decided that I want to commemorate my time working at my Barnardo's by giving a little something back. It's been such an amazing opportunity and a crazy abseil like this is just the way to do it!
