Smile Train is the worlds largest cleft-focused organisation, with a sustainable and local model of supporting surgery and other forms of essential care. Over the last 20+ years, with support from donors and fundraisers, they have supported safe and quality cleft care for 1.5+ million children and will continue to do so until every child in need with a cleft has access to the care they deserve.  I work as a hospital orthodontist and over the years have met and treated kids with clefts.  They face so many challenges from birth to adulthood and I am always inspired by their positivity and bravery.  Please help me raise some money to help them.
