I am running the Great Manchester Run, the Great North 10k, the Great North Run and also the Great Birmingham Run personally for the challenge and also to raise money for two great charities.

The majority of my fundraising and sponsorship is for my Grandad's favourite charity, the Royal National Lifeboat Instituion (RNLI). This was my Grandad's favourite charity as he was a Captain for the Merchant Navy - Captain Clement Rowntree MN.
