I must be mad!!!  I'm not a runner - why on earth am I doing this??  The truth is I wanted to do something worthwhile, something that will hopefully make my son proud and inspire him to not take things for granted.

Why Mencap?  I want to help enable them to continue to support the 1.5 million people in the UK with a learning disability to do things that most people take for granted.
