Last year I hiked 17.44 miles at Pen y Fan, Wales with my best friend to raise awareness, money and challenge myself to be pushed for a great cause. 

This year, I’m hiking another 13 miles, might be more to spread awareness, and to raise money for a great charity. I’m hiking to remember my other half’s nan, a great woman who I never met unfortunately due to covid. Who sadly passed away at the start of the year to dementia. 

Also for another family member, my grandad who is slowly getting worse and deteriorating. 

So far there is not a cure for Alzheimer's, but we can have hope. Join me on my journey to get fit and raise money for an awesome charity.
