Over 12.4 million Syrians are food insecure and is the highest number ever recorded in the history of the war in Syria. 

Last month I went out to Syrian refugee camps to distribute food aid and I cannot even begin to describe the depth of poverty that they were experiencing. These food parcels are LITERALLY saving lives. 

This month my son Bilal is travelling to other Syrian refugee camps to to provide vital life saving food aid for our brothers and sisters. 

Many of you are fasting, and you will be feeling the pangs of hunger, imagine for a moment not knowing whether food will be ready for your iftar. Now imagine what it would feel like to not know whether food is coming for your children, your elderly parents and your family? It is truly tragic and heartbreaking that we live in a world where millions upon millions are without food. 

We can change this.

£60 will provide a family with nourishing food for a whole month. 

£120 will provide two families with nourishing food for a whole month. 

£600 will provide vital food for ten families for a whole month. 

Alongside the distribution of food parcels, my son will be distributing eid gifts to orphans and bread to vulnerable families.
