Rayan was born in traumatic circumstances and had to be resuscitated.Bad news from MRI scan and more diagnoses came soon:Global developmental delay, Microcephaly, Hemizygous mutation IQSEC2, Cerebral visual impairment.MRI showing a mature parenchymal damage.Rayan does not walk, does not speak, uses a wheelchair.At 2 years old son started special school to have the possibility of all kinds of therapies, he also went to private specialists even in Europe to improve his physical and mental condition.Rayan is very patient, smiling, willingly participates in all therapies and endure all the hardships.Rayan loves traveling and animals.Unfortunately, at the age of 3,the child began to have seizures in the amount of 50 a day, we were diagnosed with drug-resistant epilepsy,we had to start treatment with various medications and a special ketogenic diet.Thanks to the diet,we managed to reduce seizures to 20 a day and we will continue so that someday in the future it could completely disappear.Epilepsy worsened my son's health,life,sleepless nights, apathy,constipation, but we want to continue all treatment to improve his physical condition and health.In November 2021 Rayan underwent legs surgery,thanks to which he can now function normally and we can implement all therapy and rehabilitation to improve his motor skills and, if possible, so that Rayan can be more independently in the future.I am single parent, unfortunately these are costs that I am not able to accumulate myself.We ask for your help to continue all the therapy and treatment, so that Rayan can have the equipment adapted to his daily life.I would love to give my child the opportunity to develop and live peacefully in these circumstances.Thanks to your help, all this can be successful!!
