Story
Hi everyone,
This page is dedicated to the memory of Ralph Murwill who collapsed and died on September 14th 2008, having just completed the Nottingham half marathon. He was just 28.
The cause of death was determined as Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS), a disorder of the electrical system of the heart that can lead to the death of apparently healthy people without any warning.
Stephen and I will be running the Nottingham half marathon this September in Ralphs memory and in doing so hope to raise awareness of SADS.
Ralph has been greatly missed since but will be forever in our hearts. Hopefully, by supporting CRY, other families will be able to avoid suffering a similar devastating loss.
Thank you all for your support, however small or large. For those of you that know Stephen and I you will know this will NOT be easy and unlike Mark Henderson we will not be catching any trains.... :o)
