As you may know by now, I am cycling across the USA from Coast to Coast over 50 days between June to August this year, and hope to become the first Englishman who has recovered from Heart bypass surgery to have done so. (At least, so far, I cannot find any other English man to have done so)! Please help me and help me on behalf of so many persons who will in future benefit from the great work done by this and by all Heart Foundations across the world.
