I'm doing the Outlaw triathlon in Nottingham on July 27th.This is an iron-distance triathlon which means I will be doing a 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike ride. And then I just have to run a marathon at the end to finish a 140.6 mile trip to get back to where I started from.
