Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Royal Alfred continues to benefit from grants from Seafarers' UK. As an island nation 95% of our imports come via the sea and the support that Seafarers UK gives the industry is vital. For the 3rd year in a row we are participating in this extremely gruelling challenge - climbing 24 peaks in 24 hours including Scafell Pike - the highest peak in England. Last year we were one of only 6 teams out of 24 that completed the challenge  so we were immensely proud. Training has started this year and we are determined to beat last years time and fundraising target so please give as much as you can and help us help Seafarers UK.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
