Rase Vets in Gainsborough provide all the veterinary care for Mayflower Animal Sanctuary in Bawtry. This includes a weekly visit to the sanctuary itself, along with all the routine care and veterinary treatment for every rescue dog and cat they take in. 

We are just one branch of a larger independently owned veterinary group and team members from across the Rase family are taking the leap with us, along with some staff members from Mayflower Sanctuary. 

The Mayflower Sanctuary has been established for 19 years, run by the same dedicated manager and team for this time. 

COVID has been a difficult time for everyone, but particularly charitable organisations, such as Mayflower, that rely heavily on fundraising events which have not been possible during the last 2 years. They have survived on funds saved but these are now dwindling, and the need for homes for abandoned animals is ever increasing.

Everyone was hit by difficult times throughout the last couple of years, but as our intrepid group of veterinary staff take to the skies to launch themselves out of plane at 10,000 feet we would greatly appreciate every donation - no matter how small. 

A pound won't change an abandoned animals life, but their lives can change with every pound while they are waiting for their furever home.
