Well, if anything was going to cause us to drop anchor and come ashore it’s this: Rare’s 2nd Twin Town Challenge! We’ve plucked a crew of Pirate Legends from the Sea of Thieves team and are looking forward to seeing how they adapt their fabled sailing skills to the open-road. A four-day round-trip to Le Touquet, France should give them plenty of time to practice their terrible pirate accents, and with mutinies over map reading and control of the radio almost inevitable it should be quite the voyage.

And what a cause! SpecialEffect is a charity doing amazing work helping those with severe disabilities use technology on their own terms, often adapting it in the most creative ways to ensure no one gets left-out.  As a video game studio of 30+ years everyone at Rare understands the joy technology can bring and we couldn't be prouder to support such a worthy cause.
