Following more than 40 years of conflict, natural disasters, chronic poverty, food insecurity and, most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic, renewed violence is the latest blow for displaced Afghans. Please help us to protect people forced to flee.

Story

The humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan needs to be supported immediately.  We are running 10k (London Parks Run, 19 Sept) in order to help raise money for the UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency) Afghanistan Appeal.  Your donation will provide emergency shelter, clean water, food and medicine for families in the most desperate need.

This is a crisis that needs YOUR help.  Please donate what you can afford and together, we can contribute to lifesaving support and try to provide hope and comfort for Afghans during this horrific crisis.

We must not let the people of Afghanistan feel forgotten.

Thank you,

Rania & Sophia
