To celebrate my 20th birthday this September I will be doing a sponsored skydive to raise money for Beat, a fantastic eating disorders charity.

I was diagnosed with anorexia when I was 11 and the issue is one that has always been close to my heart. I struggled to get the right help and support for a number of years and I know that charities like Beat play such a key role and can save lives. 

From running helplines, support groups and message boards to offering training and raising awareness, the work of Beat is endless.
