After ducking out of the 10k run at work because long distant run just dose not make sence.

I have taken on a new more ludicrous challege to ride from 60mils from London to Brigton it's on the 10 July 2011.

All the money raised will go to Capital to Coast and the chirtey it support which are Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Norwood (Learning disabilities and social disadvantage) and Down's Syndrome Association.
