Hello everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2022 I have been given the opportunity to go to Costa Rica on an three-month expedition with Raleigh. As a charity, Raleigh’s aim is to get young people excited and passionate about the conservation of beautiful and bio-diverse countries such as Costa Rica. Raleigh equips young people with the experience and connections to be leaders of change. 

As part of my expedition, I will take part in three projects.  The first being the Community Project. As part of this project we will improve the access to education for some of Costa Rica’s most marginalised population by improving the infrastructure of schools. The second project I will take part in is the Leadership trek. This trek across the beautiful landscapes of Costa Rica will help me build on my leadership skills as I am given the opportunity to lead my group across stunning routes that tourists don’t normally get access to. The last project is the Environmental Project. In this project we will work together to preserve the natural resources of some of Costa Rica’s most stunning landscapes. We will work with rangers in national parks to improve access.

This page will be my main donation page to keep track of donations and also through money raised at events. I have been given a minimum fundraising target of £3,800 and I plan to organise events throughout the year to fundraise.
